Personality:
Pros:

Selfless. Mulder is constantly thinking of other people's health and wellbeing. He believes people's honest stories of abduction or manipulation without hesitation and does what he can to help their particular situations. He will get ferociously protective of his loved ones and put himself in jeopardy if it means keeping them safe.

Intelligent. Mulder's got a Master's Degree in Psychology and is a well-known and proficient criminal profiler. He seems to be able to glean facts from cases no one else has noted yet and offer insight into the meaning behind the crimes or occurrences he investigates. He has a seemingly never-ending encyclopedia of trivia and knowledge of criminal and psychological cases in the past.

Ambitious. Mulder is very driven. If he feels something, he feels it strongly. This passion can get him into trouble sometimes (often), but when he's dedicated to something or someone, he is absolutely in it for the long haul.

Cons:

Powers/Abilities: Just being particularly good with a handgun. He's pretty intuitive to the point of knowing stuff he probably shouldn't, but that's canon that can break RP stuff, so I won't be using that part of the character unless the mods are like, "HELL YEAH that's fine!"

Regret: He wishes he'd been more capable of keeping Agent Scully from harm, be it the cancer his enemies gave her, her abduction in Antarctica, or just her overall general wellbeing.

Inventory: An FBI standard issue handgun, FBI badge, a bag of sunflower seeds, and a Nokia phone from 1998.
